Training

Our Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) instructors are all FAA ground certified and have multiple levels of UAS experience, as well as varied military and civil aviation backgrounds. In addition to training military and civil operators, our instructors routinely operate BUSTER^® during live military exercises.

The BUSTER^® operator training course is performance- oriented and is traditionally 10 to 14 days in length.  The course consists of a classroom and a hands-on phase. During classroom sessions, students are instructed in the use of the Ground Control Station (GCS) and are taught to strategically plan missions utilizing the GCS' user-friendly mapping interface. During the hands-on phase, students are trained to safely and effectively deploy and operate the system in accordance with a determined task, condition, and to a certain standard. Training flights are conducted at a local, privately owned airfield and are all accomplished in accordance with FAA guidelines.

A highly expierenced mobile training team is also available, worldwide.
